Default Valet toggles, Main relay, Bad injectors? Oh my! No start

My fuel pump doesn't seem to be I guess priming? I get 2 clicks when I turn the key one at the start and a second click when the S/CEL lights are "supposed" to go off. CEL is solid due to a broken temp sensor. I get no humming from the pump though... However i tried to start it with the what I assumed was a pressure release valve and gasoline shot out so that confused me a bit. Also I tried to start it with the fuel rail off and from what I was able to noticed the injectors were spraying. Doing it by myself I wasn't able to get the best vantage point though...

Regardless. I read there is supposed to be 3 clicks with a fuel pump him and I get 2 clicks and no him and the car cranks but does not start. After a couple tries it does seem like combustion happens in 1 cylinder as the exhaust manifold is warm at a port.

I'm trying to figure out what is the issue I do not have a multimeter so I want to start with observation and go from there. When I went to look for the main relay I noticed these toggles and have no idea how or if they are functional but could this cause an issue if it were tiggered by some pattern or code to activate it? And if my main relay is bad would there be fuel in the fuel line? Oooor if I rarely get combustion in ,1 chamber could it be fuel injectors? Or even the distributor? What a mess..
