Default No parasitic drain, but battery is dead after 2 days.

Pick up a 2007 Honda Accord for my 16-year-old son only to find that it had a slight parasitic drain. I found the drain and corrected the situation, but the battery still dies after a couple of days.
What could be?

What's the current draw now with the car shut off? try a new batter - went through a few of them over the car's lifetime, shows as good during testing but fails if sits in a car for a few days.
