Can you check the solenoid? Can you replace the solenoid?
When you say you flushed the fluid....do you mean a "at home style" drained the fluid, or do you mean you took it to be flushed?
What color was the fluid when it came out? Pink, orange, dark, etc. Did it smell at all?

i took it to a local honda dealer to have drained and flushed. i don't know what it looked like when it came out, they never told me anything. I called to ask them, but the technicians were on lunch and they are supposed to call me back.
i have had the solenoid out, i sprayed it with brake cleaner, cleaned all the little fittings that have screens, didn't see anything blocking them to make it shift hard.
when i checked the fluids before i brought it in, it still appeared to be red, no burning smell, still sweet i guess you could say.
anything else i could try?
