Rusted sway bar mounts
Good morning,
I have a 1998 Honda Civic LX that I purchased new in 1997. It has 355k miles on it and has been an amazing car.
recently I have heard a sound of a crinkled aluminum can under the passenger side wheel well. It happens when turning right or over large bumps.
The subframe is rusted and the mount where the sway bar is attached in rusted.
What are my options for repairs? I just did a timing belt and water pump and I love this car. I don’t want to say goodbye yet.
thanks in advance.

Holy crap man!!!
My suggestion is to get a used subframe from a local junkyard or online some where and replace that bad boy. It only a matter of time before this causes more issues for you.
