93 civic coupe pass door lock actuator
Hey guys so I recently had my car stolen, recovered with just my steering wheel missing thank god. However I’ve just installed a viper alarm and I’ve noticed my passenger door lock, locks sometimes. Most of the time it doesn’t. sometimes I’ll here a sort of buzzing noise.
I can’t find any replacements for a coupe ANYWHERE.
I’ve taken it out and looked at the teeth they all look good and there’s still adequate factory grease inside.
is there any similar vehicle I can buy one for or a way to fix this current one ?

Update in case anyone has this issue in the future; so I completely stripped it and tested the motor and the motor works completely fine.
I then removed that little spring that’s underneath the big gear in the actuator and reinstalled it and it’s working flawlessly for now.
I think somehow that spring got out of whack causing it to not work and bind up.

Also, FYI: An actuator from a sedan will swap over to a coupe (it must be removed from the latch).
Glad you got it fixed without even requiring any parts, though!
