I have a 99 civic ex with 98 integra type r 25mm sway bar making contact with shift linkage. I've read that this would work.

But I have read that due to the different sub-frames and the way the ITR bar is slightly different from the USDM civic's, it wont work without it rubbing or hitting. I even think that there are some old archived topics of it on here.

Yup bboy is right tried it on a Del sol it’s too big for the front without modification. And when I sold the bar it went like a hot potato lol
