Default Windows and Locks Oh My!!!

So, I have a 98 accord 4 door Ex manual. My sunroof was leaking so I removed all of the interior, replaced the carpet, and fixed the leak. In order to access the leak on the passenger side I had to remove all but 1 of the wire harness connections in the inner door fuse box panel on the passenger side. While in there I replaced the cabin air filters as well. I put everything back together, and now the power locks do not work, the only window that does work is the driver side window. There isn't even a click when activating the switches, so there is no power going to the windows or locks. All of which worked before doing the work. While working I disconnected the battery, so I don't think I could have shorted anything out. I have triple checked all of the connections that I unplugged, and they are all plugged in. All plugs went in smooth so I don't think a pin was bent but I am going to check that next. I have read that there is a master regulator in the driver side door, and it may be asleep. However, the reawakening procedure has not worked. I have no experience with electrical stuff. If anyone has experienced this, or has any thoughts or suggestions I would appreciate any advice. Cheers.

Check passenger under-dash Fuse No. 13 (7.5A).

tech8, thank you for your reply and sorry for the delayed response as I have been occupied elsewhere. Per your suggestion I replaced that fuse as well as a couple of others related to the window systems. It did not solve the issue. If you have any other input I would appreciate any advice you may have.

That kinda sounds like an issue with the multiplexer ., maybe you knocked it loose? Or it got wet.

Look at this image and you can see where I am talking about

99stockcivic, through my reading I am leaning in that direction as well. I am going to check the power in and out of the multiplexer next. I am also worried about having potentially damaged the wiring harnesses in the passenger side fuse box. Thank you for your input. I will let you know how it goes.
