Default 86 civic, lost power in cluster, blinkers and tail lights

hey i have a problem. i was driving around and suddenly my speedo/rpm gauge, temp and fuel gauge stopped working but everything else in the cluster still works fine. the brake lights are also not working and the blinker lights when i indicate right or left but when i put the hazards on then it work fine. i checked all the fuses and i ran out of things what it can be.

i need help on figuring what can be the source of the problem

Visual inspection can sometimes miss blown fuses. Use a multimeter to check for battery voltage on both top test tabs of the relevant fuses.
