Default 96 Prelude S Easy 200hp Swap Questions

I had an h22a1 lined up but the guy sold it before my PUA could clear up. I'm looking to do a headache-free swap to go from my obd2a f22a1 (125hp) to an h22a1,a4, or an f20b (200hp). Looking to find out what is easiest/cheapest/most reliable. I already have an idea of how simple the h swaps are, especially since my car is obd2, and I'm in Washington so I don't have to worry about any sort of BAR or emission standards. I suppose my main question would be what would the differences be between the h swap or the f20b? From what i know the only differences between the f22a1 and the h22a1/4 are the exhaust manifold and one engine mount, I've heard both sides on axles so some clarity would be nice. Looking around, the f20b seems like the cheaper option, same performance and the only extra thing I think I would have to do (If i bought engine, trans, mounts, e-harness, ecu, possibly axles) is swap my old dizzy over since jdm and usdm dizzys don't share the same plugs. I believe since I was lucky enough to get an obd2 model it widens my swap possibilities, and I'd love to get some details on what direction to go in! Just looking to gain some horsies with a simple swap

F20b could be more reliable than h22 since it doesn't have frm cylinders

Personally, I like having more torque, so the larger displacement of the H22, or an H23A, is the route I prefer. The the F20B is meant to rev higher in stock form, and makes it's power higher in the rpm band.
