Default Belt or bearing?

So In trying to track down the vibration of my engine (1995 accord ex)
My engine has decided to make what could only be described as a warbling tone.

Sounds like a bearing (not main or rod). Maybe, PS pump, alternator, AC, distributor. A stethoscope would help if you have one.

I tried listening with a pry bar (couldn't find my mechanics stethoscope, ) but I really didn't hear much more than what I'd consider rolling noises.

Is it MT or AT?
Have you stuck your listening stick down on the trans case? Might be a bad throwout bearing or input shaft bearing.
How does the crank pulley look?

Did you put your stick on the transmission anyway?
Could be something in the TC or pump issue.
It does sound like the PS pump is not happy, but you stated it wasn't making any noise.
Have you run the engine with the belts off to see if the noise goes away?

Agreed, take the belt off. Then you can also spin each item by hand to see if the alternator or power steering are making the noise and eliminate if they are not.

You could also jack up the car and turn the motor by hand if interested by a socket at the crank.
