Civic 1999, d16y8, manual. When I start my car, it starts on really low rpm, like 100, and slowly goes up to 800 and stays on it. I had problems starting it a few times before, and sometimes when I stop at red light, the rpm drops. Plugs are new, as well as the coil. Anything else? Coud it be an old security system?
