2006 Honda Accord A/C Problems

The other day my AC stopped blowing cold air. We tried a recharge, we checked the fuses, there is no leaks. Not sure what next. Please let me know if you have any ideas.

Did you try and swap a known good a/c relay ?
Do the fans come on when you turn the a/c on?
