B-series manifold for Evo9 Turbo?

Who makes a B-series turbo manifold for a Evo9 turbo.. Got the turbo for free and would hate to see it go to waste.

Must be custom-made. An Israeli company made one many years ago and stopped. so, find an Evo9 weld flange and have at it.
