I bought a 96 ej9 hatch that was in pretty badly damaged and riced out and i have a problem with the headlights low beams and high beams when i turn on the low beams the left low beam works without the right low beam and when i turn on the high beams the right high beam works without the left high beam any ideas on how to fix this?

Wiring is all jacked up. Inspect the headlight harness for any splicing done.
