Default 03, AC checkout procedures

I spent a lifetime in the HVAC business so I would be embarrassed to not fix the air conditioning in my new to me 03 Civic EX.

It was low on charge took care of that, now static charge of 134, I heard the low pressure switch click, condenser fan & compressor are not kicking in, no change in RPM
Dash light is on & cabin fan runs, guessing relays, thermo fuses, sensors, where can I find the diagrams, on the site?

Apparently this is a very common problem with Honda civics I know the fan motors are cheap,
I
raining so we haven't done any bypassing or jumping of relays and wires yet. . I usually go right to the compressor clutch first with a hot wire but this is down there where you can't even reach without taking the wheel off so, that may have to wait.
This my second post on the forum!

Fans work! (Paper clip tech) 🤣 still no condenser fan or compressor, so it has to be somewhere in the circuit for both, I checked fuses also under hood and dash, if it's the thermal sensor on the compressor it makes sense that the condenser fan would still be able to run.
