I have a '05 Honda Accord with a turbocharged 2.4 4 cylinder and 213553 miles on the odometer. The car performed just fine then would not start the other morning. The engine will turn over but will not start. It will run (poorly) when I prime the intake manifold with spray of starter fluid and a little gasoline. I have replaced the fuel pump. When the key is turned to the start position I get fuel to the injector manifold for about 10 seconds then it stops I did notice the green key is flashing while turning over. I can't find anything on the internet for this problem.

sounds like fuel system is primimg i would check fuel pressure at the rail as it may be losing pressure after initial prime which would give a no start
if all fine there then possible cam or crank sensor issue
if not possible immobiliser fault (disconnect battery touch the 2 cables together to drain all power from system then reconnect those are the things i would try before tracing reference voltage and ecu power and grounds hope that helps
