1994 Civic idle surge
I replaced both the FITV and IACV on my Civic and it's still bouncing from 1000-1500 rpm. I've tested for vacuum leaks and found none. I also bled the coolant. The bouncing immediately stops when I plug both the holes in the throttle body for the FITV and IACV, but does nothing if I only plug one of the two. What else can cause this?
