Default B20vtec cam guidance please

Hi guys. I have a b20vtec making 203hp. I haven't done any engine modifications yet (just basic externals). I need advice on choosing a cam, which cam will be best? [for a street car]

Im looking for good gains but keeping some reliability, not idling too rough but i want vtec to engage aggressively. Aaaaaand not too much engine work to be done...

Your input will be much appreciated! Thanks

Plain jane breather mods - exhaust, branch, devspec radiator, dictator 60-2, walboro fuel pump and s4c box. No engine modifications yet (except for a light skimming when putting the b16 vtec head on)... B20b bottom end.

When you stated that you have 203 HP, did you mean "wheel HP" or "crank/flywheel HP" ?

I feel like any cam on a b20vtec that has stock internals is just going to help the motor explode.

The block needs to be sleeved to run north of 7k rpms which is where you would really want a good camshaft to get into its peak power range
