Default Honda Sensing and Adaptive Cruise Control problems

I have a 2019 Honda Civic EX. About 4 months ago I was driving on the highway and about 30-40 minutes into my trip the car started beeping and giving me warnings that all of the Honda Sensing features were turning off. I couldn't turn them back on. The only feature still working was the Lane Keep Assist System. I also got an indication light for the brake system. I dont travel that far very often, especially during the pandemic, but it happens every time like clockwork. After almost exactly 30 minutes/miles of driving all the Honda Sensing will stop working. Even if I dont use the ACC it will still stop working. It immediately starts working again as soon as I come to a complete stop. I took the car to the dealership but they wouldnt drive it for the 30 minutes on the highway that it takes to the problem. I have been scouring the internet but it doesnt seem like anyone else has had this issue.

Obviously this is a computer or an electrical issue but I have no idea. I think it might have something to do with the brakes as well. I dont think any of this started until after I changed a flat tire but I could be misremembering. Any ideas?
