Default Excessive water spitting from exhaust, No smoke or other problems

Hi, ive just baught a 1.6 honda civic 2004 and the exhaust sometimes makes weird sound, like water is going down a drain, and when i usually hear this, water spits out of the engine, as i was just in the car, the engine light came on and the exhause was spitting out more water than usual, there is no smoke coming out the exhaust and the car drives completely fine, when im driving theres no water coming out, but when im stationary it slowly starts to spit water out and makes a weird gurgling sound, the engine light also came on about a week ago, i checked the oil and it was very low so i topped it up and the light went, but the water spitting from the exhaust was happening since then

You should have scanned for the code , it may still be there if you scan it , some scanners can show a history . Some water is part of the combustion but not so much that it concerns you .
