D16Y7 Swap in a 2000 Civic SiR
Hi, I'm new to the Honda Forum.
Recently I have purchased a 2000 Honda Civic SiR that had a blown B16A2, and I had a D16Y7 engine and trans, I managed to swap the engine/trans combo over with ease, however, the car will crank over and will not start (NO FUEL AND SPARK) could is be due to the crank position sensor not plugged? And what plugs must be connected for the engine to run? And the fuel pump in not turning on so what could be the problem with that? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I am using the ecu that came with the D16, but using the same harness that was in the car since it is the same harness with a couple different plugs that i can splice.
So it is still not getting any spark nor any signal to the fuel pump (it is not the relay as there is no signal even reaching the fuse panel). I decided to swap the whole harness so that way i can use the factory ECU for the D16Y7 and still nothing, there are no CELs getting thrown. Is there someone that could send a wiring diagram about the 6th gen civics would be grand.

I am now getting spark which is nice, though the fuel pump is not priming, the pgm-fi relay is working and the fuse is fine, however, i am not getting any current to the fuel pump plug, has anyone had this problem.
