Are you looking for JDM parts? I would suggest looking at Croooober.com. I bought a set of 19" wheels for my Lexus from that site and they are legit.

Does anyone know if either of these sites charge ridiculous import taxes/customs taxes?

no import taxes, just high shipping charge. In my case, the total amount I paid was lower than all those damaged ones found in the states. Not paying $2K+ for a set of JDM wheels.
