95 Honda Accord LX loss of power?

95 Honda Accord LX loss of power?
My car has a loss of power when I put it in gear. I tried cleaning the EGR. I cleaned the ICV. Replaced plugs and wires and the distrubitor. Does anyone have any ideas? I pulled codes 51 and 92. I cannot find a code for 51 but that's what car is putting up.

The clutch is slipping.
The Catalytic converter is clogged. Open the exhaust at the cat and see if that helps.
The valve seals are leaking. Won't show on a compression test or CLT.
Fuel filter? FPR? ...something to do with fuel at least.
The brushes in the Alternator are dragging?
Needs a new air filter?
Car caught the virus..
