Experienced headporters - what has been done to this head?

I don't have any experience on head porting so I would like some help. This is a PR3-2 B16A head, stock sized valves. All the intake and exhaust ports are pretty consistent. What has been done to this head? Good or bad job? What was the porter trying to achieve? Good low lift flow, more high lift flow? Is this more suited for a FI or NA build, milder or aggressive cams? You can get technical all you want, I'm down to learning and researching. If there's any specific photos you want taken, please ask.
