Default Troubleshooting: unknown noise coming from possibly brake caliper area

Good Morning I am a new member here at the forum. I have a 2014 Honda Civic EX. I searched the forum already but I didn’t see anything that was similar to my particular problem. Here is a breakdown of my current vehicle.

2014
Civic EX
135,000
Maintenance all on schedule and up to date
recently replaced serpentine belt.

Vehicle exhibits a sound similar to a brake caliper dragging but it’s not a rhythmic scrapping like a brake caliper. The sound has a slight ring to it. The sound is constant only at around 1500 rpm with slight throttle applied. The noise does not get louder or softer based on changing rpm. But the sound does go away with harder acceleration. The sound is not produced by going over any bumps or jarring. The sound is only in top gear, no other gears at the same rpm produce the sound. The sound is coming from the passenger side front of the vehicle.

I have tried to trouble shoot this but it only makes sound when going down the road. Applying the brake in the driveway does nothing.

Thoughts?
