1998 CBR900RR not getting spark to plugs but I used a voltage meter on the ignition coils and they seem to be working fine. I assume the plugs are bad so I ordered new ones but I’m still stuck at a stand still. Maybe wiring issues? Previous owner tried to make it into a streetfighter so the wiring looks like trash. Possibly flooded engine? The bike turns over when starting but won’t crank fully. Any suggestions?
