What should I do?!?!

I have a 94 GSR with 120K on it and I wanna rebuild it .... any suggestions on what I should do? Without spending TOO much $$....

Overbore .25mm with CTR slugs... new bearings, ITR valvetrain, CTR intake cam, and some injectors.. RC 290's-310's should be perfect with some sort of fuel controller.. Staying cheaper maybe a VAFC...

What about valve springs, rods, etc...?
