I own a 91 civic dx completely stock with 84000 original miles I have put a new fuel pump and had it running but let it sit for quite some time I don’t know what to do with it I would love to do a motor swap but have never done it before I have been told I have many options . I was interested in putting a b17 motor with b18 head and pistons I would like some info opinions and any help available I don’t know where to purchase engine or parts I’m aware that I need JDM parts but don’t know where to turn

 

Are you sure you cleaned out the junk inside the fuel tank? You might want to double check that first.

 

Yes changed the oil and filter I dropped the fuel tank cleaned it out and replaced the fuel pump I had it running for a while but it has been sitting for about a year since I did all that and haven’t done anything since it’s a dx automatic which I really want to swap for a manual I have been interested in the b18a which I already have the computer for but I don’t know where to find one that is legit
