Icon4 Exhaust Rumbling

On my 1997 Honda Prelude Type SH my exhaust has a deep rumbling coming out of the exhaust pipe it sounds like it's clogged and water drips from it which I know should be normal for the water to drip from the exhaust. But it's the rumbling sound that's getting to me I don't hear it when I first start the car but after 10 minutes of having the car running it starts off low then it get's loud. What should I do change the whole exhaust system...?

First thought would be something loose in the catalytic converter or muffler. Usually the cat having issues will throw an engine code on that year though.
