Hi everyone, new here. I just recently purchased an 04 400ex was told it has a 440 kit (Unknown brand) in it and the cylinder does look new. I can’t get it to start for the life of me even with fluid, ive tried valve clearance, timing (looks half tooth off but as close as can get), plug has spark, compressions at 110psi, looks like a new carb the jets were clean, decompression spring but no plunger in there could that be the issue? Also has stock cam I believe (don’t judge I know it’s spanked🤦🏽♂️). please help and thank you in advance.
