1999 Honda Accord idatalink ads tbsl ko bypass programming

Hello. I am trying to program the bypass for my 1999 accord but I am unsuccessful. I connected the syncro, data, and ignition wires but the bypass flashes red, which indicates incorrect programming. I’m stuck.

Has the module been flashed with the correct firmware?

I actually purchased a fortin Honda sl3 bypass and it worked. Thanks.
