No power to Ecu nor fuel pump

No power to Ecu nor fuel pump
I have a b16a in my eg, I can’t seem to find why there’s no power to the ecu or priming of the fuel pump. I checked fuses and ground and the ecu and fuel pump are brannnddddd new. Can anyone send me diagrams or solutions I can try to solve my problem? Thank you for your time!!!
