Icon5 honda civic 1 wire to 4 wire o2 sensor conversion (not working)

Hello! i drive a Honda civic EK with a d16y7 Turbo swap.
I almost finished it but...... i have 1 problem...
Code 41 keeps popping up. I had a 1 wire o2 sensor in my manifold, but now i want a 4 wire o2 sensor since i'm running a turbo manifold.
i try to connect the 4 wire o2 sensor to the ECU but no luck at all...
What i did:

Its a P06 ECU
I bought a new o2 sensor with OEM honda connector.
Green wire to D22 (ground)
Yellow wire to D14 (signal wire)
Black or gray to A6 or A25 (those are the 2 black wires for the heater control)
Checked the Fuse #15 and put in a new one.

After a change i reset the ECU

I almost think that the problem is my ECU it self (Bad ECU) but that's the last thing a wanna change since i have to buy a new one and get a tune again.
So i'm thinking of using the 1 wire o2 sensor again and make it fit in the turbo manifold or can i give the 2 black wires of the o2 sensor (heaterwires) 12v directly from the battery by using a switch or something.
this may sound stuppid but just thinking out loud, hope u guys can help me out.
The picture will show how i connected the wires to the ECU but this is just temporary before i solder something in.
I try my best on the English part

Lars,

Your English is pretty darn good and your post is excellent... providing lots of descriptive information and a clear path in what you have tried to solve your own issue. Well done.

Your wiring sequence is correct, assuming the wire colors of your O2 sensor correspond to the factory wiring colors. I will provide the original wire colors for reference:

D14 - O2 signal (white or white/red trace)
D22 - O2 signal ground (green/white trace)
A6 - Heater control circuit ground (orange/black trace)
A25 - Heater circuit 12v+ power (yellow/black trace)

In rare cases, the O2 sensor heater circuit has a polarity, so you can try to swap the wires that you have at A6 and A25.

If swapping these two heater control wires does not fix your "41" code, and you have tried a known good O2 sensor, then it is likely that the ECU is damaged.

Using the single wire sensor will require you to mount it within 10" of the turbo exhaust outlet on the down pipe. You would still have to turn off the heater circuit in the tune in your P06 since it is looking for the circuit resistance at "Key On".

Thank you JRCivic1!
The wires you mention are those on my wire harnas? since my car didn't come with a 4 wire o2 Sensor.
But i almost 99% sure i connected them right even if i use the wires from the harnas or connect it directly to the ECU like i did know, it should work.
Is there another way to let the heater circuit work since it only needs 12v+ power or is this managed by the ECU. Like connect the 12v+ to the battery so it can heat....just think out loud haha.
Other wise i will place the 1 wire o2 sensor in the down pipe at 10'' (25,4cm for me ) from the turbo exhaust outlet. Seems far from turbo outlet?! when it was N/A it was like the same inches but then from the exhaust outlet of the engine.
I thought i had to place the 1 wire o2 Sensor in the turbo manifold somewhere and not in the downpipe.
I will show you my old header with the 1 wire o2 and the downpipe i have now with the 4 wire o2.

The ECU controls the heater circuit with a controlled ground. The other wire in the heater circuit IS 12v+ constant when the key is switched on. So, running it to 12v+ changes nothing... you already have it that way. LOL
The operational temperature of an O2 sensor is between 600 and 800 degrees F (316 - 427 degrees C), so the single wire sensor needs to be close enough to the head or turbocharger to maintain this temperature. The heater circuit is necessary when the O2 mounting position is too far away from the engine's exhaust heat to reach operating temperature.

The turbo manifold will be really hot... maybe even too hot... especially if you run the car very rich and some fuel ends up being burned in the turbo manifold itself. Plus, it is easier to weld a bung on the down pipe. Keep it between 20 and 25 cm from the down pipe mounting flange (just past the 90' bend in your pic above) and you will be fine.
