Hello I’ve searched and searched and haven’t been able to find enough info to tackle to swap just yet

i have a 1990 accord f22 auto 388k
motor is 388k and on its last legs loosing compression
trans 388k and blown

I purchased a F23a VTEC Jdm full swap for very cheap

i need some help with listing all parts needed electrical wise to get this running

What I had planned on doing was use the F23a as a long block using my f22 harness , manifold, accessories
and for the trans purchase a USDM trans harness related sensors and TCM

will that work?

or should I just do the obd2 swap getting the USDM engine harness , ECU intake manifold , (accessories if needed)
TCM trans harness and sensors?

as far as budget goes it’s pretty open due to the very cheap F23a swap and sourcing parts arnt too much of a concern
