1999 civic no crank no start
It will do a rolling start and has manual tranny. The clutch safety inter lock has been bypassed. With a key dash lights come on but there is no clicking noise when key is turned to start. What do I check next?

Okay, took the long way... Took starter out and it bench tested good. Squeezed the solenoid wire connector. Started fine. Took it to work and back home and wouldn’t start next day. Swapped to spare key because the one I was using was very worn. Now starts fine. I’m thinking the ignition switch is about to go.
I replaced ignition switch and key lock. Seemed to work as it had recently - intermittently. Replaced main relay And no change in intermittent starting. If I turn key with no start then rock the key from start to almost on position eventually the starter will get power. Wondering if it is the starter solenoid even with good bench test on starter...

I recorded this video of the current starting process. After the previously described work I have to rock the key between start and on to get it to crank. Starter solenoid?
