I'm sorry, could you put some more details and explain this out? Are you saying when you drive up a hill, with the air conditioning on, the car won't shift gears? I'm presuming it's an automatic? Can you manually put it into a gear, or it's truly "stuck" in the gear on the hill? What gear does it get stuck in? 3rd?

If I had to take some guesses on what to start, I would check your transmission fluid level, perhaps it's low and so when going up a hill it's not able to engage correctly.

Second but much less likely, could any connectors to the transmission be loose?

Are any motor mounts broken on the car, particularly the front or rear? Maybe there is something in the car leaning over too much and causing some odd issue.

The tachometer is stuck on 2000rpm, even when I press harder nothing change, untill i m off the hill and the car runs normally.
But I guess the gear is stucked on the 3rd gear, because i notice when i go uphill with a higher gear it goes smoothly

Hmmm.....maybe your throttle cable is catching on something or is really loose. Trying to think how you can push down on the pedal and nothing happen.

For experimentation's sake: Can you drive with the air conditioning off, then go up a hill, then turn it on? Does it lock into 2000 RPMS then?

If you do the opposite: Turn on air conditioning, drive up hill, while driving up hill turn off the air, does it stop getting stuck?

I would check the fluid level. sounds like it isn't downshifting up a hill. How many miles on this car?

Adding to the fluid level, you may need to check the shift solenoids to see if they are filled with grit, that can also cause issues, although I would think it would be all the time and not just on a hill with air, but you never know.

Look here to see what I mean :

Should give you some guidance on where to look and how to clean. This is not hard to do, just tedious to get to the area.
