Default ZC DOHC timing belt tensioner

Greetings fellow CR-X enthusiasts. I recently purchased a 1991 JDM CR-X as a retirement present for my wife. This is the car she wanted when we were dating in college. The car only has 62,000 kilometers and I felt the first order of business was to have the timing belt and water pump changed. I took it to my local Honda dealer (I know, I know), and they assigned the job to a master tech. Sourcing the timing belt was challenging but not impossible. My issue lies with the timing belt tensioner. I have read and read and read, and all roads lead to an '88 Prelude 2.0SI. I purchased that one (OEM part # 14510-PM7-004), and the tech said it was wrong. I purchased a Gates T41018 (Integra) and the tech said that was no go as well (bracket on tensioner too long). My question is where are you all sourcing your tensioners, and what tensioner are you using? In hindsight, I should have purchased a USDM version, but that is here nor there now. Thanks for all your help and stay safe during COVID19.

tensioner is the same as the 88-91 CRX/Civic with D16A6 engine - P/N 14510-PM7-004 (which you said you already purchased) - time to find another tech
By the Way - 88 Prelude 2.0 Si tensioner is not P/N 14510-PM7-004 - it is 14510-PH3-003 - if you bought it for the 88 Prelude 2.0 Si that is probably why it wouldn't work

timing belt is same as 88 Prelude 2.0 Si - P/N 14400-PK2-004

Thank you jlicrx. 14510-PH3-003 (Koyo) is the tensioner I purchased, and I was informed it was the wrong one. I will be sure to tell the Honda dealership Master Technician (who has performed numerous B swaps) that he is wrong.
