HELLO. I HOPE EVERYONE IS HAVING A GREAT DAY AND HAVING FUN WORKING ON THERE HONDAS. I am willing to help out anyone I can but for now I need help. my question is this. On a 2001 ex v6 accord what wire goes from the pcm to the temp gauge? I see that on the 4 cyl the ect sensor wire goes in the pcm at blue connector c26(red/white) and out c24(yellow/green) to the cluster and goes in cluster at c2 ( yellow/green wire right side connector behind cluster) but there is no temp sending unit on my 01 accord ex v6 and my gauge does not work. I ran a wire from pcm c26(red/white) to cluster connector c2 (yellow/green) asm that was the only thing that made sense and I got my gauge working but I still am getting CEL code 86 (ect circuit) and my idle is a bit high. does anyone have any input for me? is anything else hooked up to c2 at the cluster? my next move was going to be to snip the wire 6 inches from c2 and hook my wire in directly that I ran from pcm c26 because obviously I have an issue w the wire that is there now as it is not making my temp gauge work. please someone help me out with some input or a wiring diagram for the ect to the gauge for a 2001 accord ex v6. thanks guys. thank you for accepting me to your honda family
