Lines

Hello,
I was in the process of installing new rack and went to tighten lines when a piece of rack came out when installing lines. I bend line D in the process of trying to get stripped line B off. Does anybody know where I can get these lines and maybe a diy and diagram for them? The lines I need go to power steering speed sensor and oil cooler from the rack and pinion. Thank you
