Default Accord Lowering Springs for Crosstour

So, I'm trying to find lowering springs for a 2011 Crosstour EX. That's the AWD V6, sans navigation. Anyways, most of what I could find here was people using Accord coilovers. I think I saw someone using just lowering springs but their post wasn't very specific.

SO, my main concern is avoiding some ridiculous drop that wrecks my steering geometry. I'm looking to lower for an aerodynamics project, not necessarily aesthetics. I obviously want to keep good traction, stability, and steering characteristics. This car will never see a track (probably).

Someone here mentioned using Accord springs with a 16K spring rate to get the drop and geometry right. Showed a photo with a Crosstour that had 14Ks on the rear and it was TUCKING those all weathers. I want to definitely avoid that. The lightest Crosstour is still quite a bit heavier than the heaviest Accord, I'm fairly sure.

Can anyone else verify the 16K/14K claim? Has anyone else done this on their Crosstour? Got a part number?

Note: finding info on spring rates seems pretty difficult. I don't even see them on Megan's website, the place I'm looking for springs.

Appreciate any help ya'll can give!
