Default 91 crx si b16a swap

Hey guys I'm new to the forum, so I have recently done my first swap on my 91 crx si with a jdm b16a and I'm having an issue with cylinder 3. I have converted the car to obd1, dizzy, ecu, injectors, and I have deleted the resistor box. Now I did run the injectors with the resistor box for a week or so before I knew to delete it. Anyways if I pull the plug wire completely off on cylinder 3 nothing changes. It has spark , the injector is spraying, the injector plug has 14.3v. It has 180-190 psi across all 4 cylinders in a compression test. And the leak down was good. But I am making very little power. My d series pulled harder. Vtech does engage and the engine idels and runs but it does not pull any harder in vtech. The motor is in time it was done by a trusted friend and I watched. I am truly confused as to why cylinder 3 is dead but has good compression. It doesnt smoke or anything and the plug is dry when I pull it so its burning fuel . Any info as what to check would be awesome I've about concluded I need to buy another head.
