Icon5 Is my radiator support straight enough to pass salvage inspection?

I recently purchased a 98 Civic DX with a salvaged title. It hit a deer and damaged the hood, radiator, and radiator support. This is a car I purchased at an auction just as a project car to learn with and later learn how to do engine mods( if I can pass the salvage title inspection)

The top bracket of the radiator support was bent downward; however, I had a portable hydraulic kit from harbor freight that was able to push it up straight. but I am not sure if it is completely straight. The hood won't close because of the damage to it; I am going to get a new one from the junkyard.

Besides the hood closing....what is a good indicator that the radiator support is straight enough to pass GA salvage inspection? does it need to be at an exact angle or measurement?

Any tips are greatly appreciated
