Default CV axle seals, new ones needed change axles?

I just replaced axles along with all front suspension on 95 civic.

is it necessary to change transmission seals when doing this. It wouldn't be too hard to pull it back apart

if they aren't leaking, you should be fine.

I believe they are different diameters on each side. Inside diameter is the same but outsides I think differ for each side.

Please note the size variance pulled from Hondapartsnow.com

Automatic it's a touch harder to tell which of two seals it is on the torque converter housing side.

I'm not sure if the axle seal is 19 or 20. I was thinking 19 but they don't have the usual line to the location like they do elsewhere.

Here in BC Canada, they are 33 bucks each one from Honda. So after tax it's about 70 bucks for the set.

3 times I replaced axles, whether they were bad or that the car had way too many miles and didn't want to worry about them down the road since I was taking apart the suspension anyways.

2 times the seals leaked after 'carefully' installing the axles.

That sux, I've popped my axles in and out about 3 times so far on these new seals and still no leaks. If you pop the spring off by accident pulling or putting in the axle, it becomes a hooped seal.
