Default Help with P0740 code on 2000 Civic Ex

replaced my automatic transmission about a month ago on my 2000 Honda Civic Ex with one that had 106,000 miles on it. Shifted smooth as butter but just the other day threw this code. Tried replacing some dirty fluid it had in it but the code came back. Should I replace the solenoid, or keep replacing the fluid? I didn’t drain it all just replaced 1 quart of it. It still seems to run fine, MAYBE a little rough out of first but I could be over thinking it. I just wonder if the solenoid is bad/clogged. Where would this solenoid be located? Also is this a common problem? Any inputs will help, thank you!

Do multiple ATF drain-refill cycles. With the engine idling, slowly move shifter through all gears multiple times after each cycle. After doing three cycles, drive car to check for shifting improvement and length of time before code returns, assuming that it does.

Buy this ATF:
