Default EK coupe leaking fuel. Help please?

97 EK coupe leaking fuel from metal line that goes around what I'm assuming are the fuel feed and return. Bought the car a few days ago, got it at half tank drove 50+ miles home no leak. Just filled it full today. Tried to read fuel line diagrams but its gibberish to me. Anyone know what that line is for and how to stop the leak it's a solid stream when running, been off for about 45 mins now and still dripping steady. Sorry about my horrible photo skills but it's on drivers side, under brake fluid reservoir. It looks like it goes back to the gas tank with the return and feed lines. Where does it connect up front?

Circle the leak location in the pic.

Is your Civic an actual EK or is it an EJ6 or EJ8?

I guess I learned some more new stuff today it's an EJ8.

Leaky line circled in picture, I believe it's a vent line but it was steady peeing gas. No sputtering or any issues driving. Thanks for your time!
