Default 04 Honda Civic DX Squealing

My 2004 Honda Civic Dx started to squeal when I would start it (only when its cold) and also anytime I have to much h power on like my phone charger plugged in, my lights on, heat on, radio on or my wipers and this happens no matter what temperature its outside or how long my cars been running. When I'd spray the belts it would stop it for a good 30 45 minutes but then would start up agian. It sounds like it's coming from my power steering pump but how do I know if it's the pump, pulley or belt? I went and bought all new belts, power steering pump, alternator and battery but have only installed the new battery. Can anyone tell me what to do to try and diagnose this issue.

I'd start with the power steering and alternator belts. You sprayed tack on them and the noise stopped for some time. The other thing that may be going bad is the belt tensioners. Sometimes they come in a kit with the belts, if not you can get them seperately.

Tighten the belts up a little , Most cars today have a tensioner but the 1.7 does it old school where its a manual thing , press on the belt to get a feel for the deflection
