Default 1993 Honda Civic eg6 si-r

What’s up guys I have a 1993 Honda Civic EG6 SI-R
real deal with original B16 with Heater and A/C.
With 75,000 mile on it, I am undecided what I want to do with it I want to build it or swap it with a k24 but the thing is idk if I should keep it with the b16 or should I swap it. I need a little help here on what I should do. Please let me know what you would do

Nice!

Is that JDM?

If that is original Si-R, I would look for something else to mod w/ K-swap.

Not sure what you have in it, but I bet folks would pay more for a factory Si-R than a modded hatch. Know what I am saying?

How did you get it? Tell us a story! I like the color.

What wheels are those? I like...

if you just plan on driving it once in a while, repaint the car and enjoy it.

Street turbo kit from Go Autoworks if you want more power while retaining the original engine. Could be put back to stock relatively easily if desired.

yeah that’s what I was thinking of doing or even getting another b series more to swap in to keep the original miles on the motor

In my honest opinion....a JDM original SI-R...I’d totally leave the powertrain as is and keep everything as close to original as possible minus performance upgrades. So I would just touch that beauty up first. I’d keep that B series too, not a lotta power @ 160hp but that’s easily fixable with a turbo kit later on. A really good suspension setup will add tons of fun factor so that’s always a good start next to swapping it. Nothing like a car on rails and turning as fast as you could handle. She’s a gem though imo!
