Icon5 1989 honda civic not starting ELD CODE 20

YouTube video of me explaining the whole issue :
I have a 1989 honda civic sedan with a d15b2 engine and wire harness full stock , I got Angel eye head lights , everything worked great before splicing into running lights now its throwing code 20 for (ELD) electronic load detector. I tested all wires no shortages everything looked great, checked all fuses and plugs all good, can't find any issues but now when I turn key does not start but cranks, my whole lighting system doesn't work ( headlights, tail lights, dash lights for speedometer nor running lights). Fuel pump doesn't prime but main relay clicks like it would be priming. Only thing I did was splice 2 wires together with angel eyes. What's the issue? Please help. I've built this honda all winter and now I'm lost in the electrical system
