Default 1995 civic two unknown connectors in passenger floorboard

I have two connectors/plugs in the passenger floorboard that I can’t find a home for. One is a blue three wire plug and the other is a blue two wire plug. If anybody can enlighten me on what they are that would be great! 1995 civic sedan ex

Those are your diagnostic connectors. The 3 pin is for live data with Honda Diagnostic System or Hondash etc.

The 2 pin connector you short with a paperclip to either read blink codes on the cluster (CEL flashes if codes present) or to set ignition timing.

TomCat39 I can't believe you use a paperclip... that is so neanderthal !!! LOL Splurge a bit and spend the $8 USD to get the factory service plug tool. Expensive for a plastic clip with a short loop of wire... but it IS Honda Yo.

Haha, well, never came across a part number (wh1062) before and on first glance it looks like the cheapest I can find it is 13.95 USD before shipping and conversion. So more like 25 to 30 bucks CAD to replace my 5 cent paperclip. :p

I am thinking I will look for a stock door speaker to nab the male connector, I think it's the right one and make myself one for 2 bucks CAD.
