Big Tires/Wheels on 2008 Honda Accord

I am about to buy a 2008 Honda Accord (in Ontario) from Kijiji and I was wondering if 245,40,19 will fit on them? I know they are big Tires but will they fit on the car and will the car be able to function properly?
